Job Description
We are Emaan Printers, seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to manage daily communication with clients regarding their orders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order confirmation emails and ensure client specifications are met.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Address and resolve client concerns related to orders.
- Maintain organized records of communications and order details.
Requirements:
- Strong command of the English language.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Location: Sadat Colony Near Amperio Mall GT Road Wah Cantt Taxila
Timing: 9am to 5pm
Salary: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month
