Job Description
Fairways Logistics is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (Sales) to join our night shift team located in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. In this in-office role, you will engage with clients in the US and Canada by managing calls, addressing inquiries, and promoting our logistics solutions. Candidates must possess exceptional English communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Assess customer needs and actively upsell services.
- Meet sales KPIs while maintaining accurate records.
- Address client concerns empathetically and effectively.
