Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring for the position of “Customer Service Representative” for its leading client located in Islamabad.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Sector 1-10/3 Islamabad
Education: Must be a Graduate
Experience: Fresh to 2 Years
Age: Max 30 Years
Timings: 9 am – 6 pm (Six Days a Week)
Salary: 37,00 PKR
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve issues related to financial products and services.
- Assist with account setup and transactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Stay updated on products and services.
