Hycus Solutions, a leading manufacturer of nutritional products located in Faisalabad, Pakistan, is seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to our extensive portfolio of vitamins, minerals, and dietary supplements.
Key responsibilities include confirming order details, ensuring accuracy in customer information, and providing support on product-related questions. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month plus commission.
