Job Description
IBEES Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative for our Packaging project aimed at an international audience.
Key Responsibilities: Manage calls, chats, emails; generate and follow-up on sales inquiries; assess customer needs; coordinate with teams; handle complaints.
Qualifications: Fluency in English; graduation in any discipline; strong communication skills; 2-3 years of packaging experience preferred.
Location: MM Alam Road, Lahore | Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift) | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month.
