Job Description
Ibees Enterprises is seeking a skilled and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative for our international packaging project. This full-time role involves managing calls, chats, and emails, generating sales inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Project Managers to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Qualifications: Fluent in English, degree in any discipline, strong communication skills. Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply. Packaging industry experience is a plus but not required.
Location: MM Alam Road, Lahore | Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM | Days Off: Saturday and Sunday | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs75,00.00/month (excluding commissions).
