Job Description
We are a UK-based taxi firm, Infocab Ltd, expanding operations to Pakistan, specifically in Islamabad E11. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in UK client interactions, cab dispatching, and booking. Familiarity with Icabbi is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally.
- Provide accurate quotations.
- Allocate bookings to drivers efficiently.
- Handle complaints and queries from customers.
Salary: Rs. 60,00.00 – Rs. 90,00.00/month, plus overtime.
Location: Islamabad near E11. Minimum 9-hour shifts are required.
