Job Description
EWDTech seeks a Customer Service Representative Intern to manage inquiries and deliver excellent service via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include responding to customer questions, resolving complaints professionally, maintaining accurate interaction records, and assisting the team as required.
- Qualifications: strong verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal skills, professional and friendly demeanor, basic computer and typing proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Details: 1-week trial period (stipend PKR 10,00–15,00), 3-month internship contract, in-person work with potential for long-term placement based on performance.
