Job Description
itechents seeks a proactive Customer Services Representative to lead B2B IT lead generation for cloud, DevOps, storage, and cybersecurity training. You will design and execute outreach strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and calls to attract new customers and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and run end-to-end lead generation campaigns; maintain accurate lead records.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls; analyze results to optimize performance.
- Report KPIs and collaborate with operations and country teams to achieve targets.
- Requirements: BS in Marketing/Business, 2+ years IT lead generation experience, strong communication, analytical skills, and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Full-time, remote; salary from Rs100,00/month.
