Job Description
Digital S2dio seeks a reliable, detail-oriented Inbound Limousine Dispatcher to manage incoming client requests and coordinate luxury transportation. Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, processing bookings, dispatching chauffeurs, monitoring trips and flights, updating dispatch software, maintaining logs, resolving operational issues, and safeguarding passenger privacy and safety.
- Required: prior dispatch or customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with GPS systems and local routes
- Knowledge of luxury transportation operations
- Full-time, in-person role; English proficiency is a plus
Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs80,00 per month.
