Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming calls landing on UAN from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all working days.
- Maintain a log for complaints and queries.
- Route calls to the relevant departments or teams.
- Data analysis using the company’s software, including processing invoices and reports.
- Coordinate with store, operations, customer service, and accounts departments.
Experience: 1 to 2 years, preferably in the courier industry.
Location: Lahore – reliability in commuting or planning to relocate is required.
