Job Description
Reall Time is hiring for its Customer Service Department. We seek proactive individuals with basic to strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Responsibilities include resolving customer complaints via phone, email, Live Chat, or social media, assisting with order placements, refunds, and account management. Night shifts and overtime are required; priority given to those with Call Center experience.
