Job Description
Resolvers Enterprises Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Catering to walk-in clients and maintaining a database
- Attending to on-call clients and managing their database
- Overseeing administrative activities at our Karachi branch
- Liaising with customer care teams in Karachi and Islamabad
- Collecting inquiries from booked clients for processing
- Gathering client feedback and updating them on processes
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00/month
Location: In-person in Islamabad | Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
