Job Description
Rising Star Marketing, based in Canada, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our call center located in Rawalpindi. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong English speaking skills to earn a decent income each month.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via phone and entering orders into the automated system.
- Assisting in pricing and managing customer claims for credit.
- Handling incoming calls and various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Reliable commute to Rawalpindi.
