Job Description
Simcoe IT seeks a full-time, office-based Customer Service Representative to support a US recruitment campaign in Faisalabad (near Misaqul Mall). Night shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Salary PKR 30,00–50,00 plus $160 recurring commission per placement. In-person attendance is required.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, 2+ years in international/US campaigns; recruitment/staffing experience preferred.
- Responsibilities: source and screen candidates, manage full-cycle recruitment and ATS, schedule interviews, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
