Job Description
Single Call BPO is seeking dedicated individuals for our expanding Motor Vehicle Accident campaign in the United States. In this role, you will ensure high-quality customer service processes by verifying customer information and addressing inquiries.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred) and excellent attention to detail. The position operates from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM with a one-hour break.
Pay ranges from Rs35,00.00 to Rs75,00.00 per month, and English proficiency is required.
