Job Description
Techno Batch PVT. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our logistics operations. You will coordinate deliveries for e-commerce businesses by liaising between clients and delivery companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate timely deliveries with clients and delivery companies.
- Arrange pickups and manage courier services.
- Address customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
- Provide real-time delivery support.
- Maintain accurate logs of interactions and shipments.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
