Job Description
Toyzone.pk, Pakistan’s leading online toy store, is looking for a motivated Male Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding customer care. If you excel in communication, upselling, and are familiar with Excel and Google Sheets, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm customer orders over the phone.
- Upsell additional toys or related products.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain records and generate reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with teams for order processing.
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer care experience.
