Job Description
Tropical Software Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and promoting our products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Deliver accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain records in our CRM system.
- Troubleshoot and follow up for resolution.
Pay: Rs70,00 – Rs80,00 per month | Location: Lahore (Preferred)
