Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will:
- Interact with customers to process inquiries and concerns.
- Build collaborative relationships to enhance service.
- Efficiently resolve service-related issues.
- Contribute to maintaining high Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
Requirements: A Levels or equivalent, excellent English communication skills, and a neutral accent.
Salary: Up to Rs75,00/month with medical benefits. Full-time position, US timings (5 days a week).
