Job Description
We are HZA SMC PVT LTD, looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist Intern. In this role, you will support our customer service team in delivering exceptional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Provide product/service information
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Meet customer service metrics
Requirements:
