Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing seeks enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Service Specialists to join our in-person team. You will handle customer inquiries via calls, email, and chat; resolve issues professionally; maintain interaction records; and collaborate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction. Requirements: excellent verbal and written communication, ability to work US rotational shifts, strong problem-solving and customer-first attitude. Prior customer support experience is a plus; freshers welcome.
