Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist for our esteemed client, Logix Solutions, located in Islamabad. This position is pivotal in handling customer queries via phone, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring excellent customer service for a U.S.-based client.
Applicants should possess intermediate education, exhibit outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office.
We offer an attractive benefits package including medical insurance, provident fund, leave encashment, annual leaves, ergonomic furniture, and more.
The compensation is PKR 100,00 per month (75,00 basic + 25,00 incentive), with evening and night shifts available. This is a full-time position.
