Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based customers handling inbound calls related to complaints, requests, order status, follow-ups, and general inquiries. Deliver empathetic and professional support while navigating CRM and order management systems to identify needs, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in accordance with company policies. Work toward exceeding NPS, CSAT, and AHT targets.
- Requirements: proven customer-facing experience, excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, or American accent, and minimum Matric/O Levels.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off.
- Must demonstrate strong multitasking, active listening, and commitment to high-quality service standards.
