Job Description
1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and experienced international callers to join our Customer Support Agent team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage outbound calls for our U.S. clients.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
- Professionally handle incoming calls.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and surveys.
- Provide accurate information to customers.
- Document call details meticulously.
