Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team at 365 Care Group Private Limited. In this role, you will provide technical support while handling inbound and outbound calls to ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and calls.
- Assist customers with effective solutions.
- Maintain service knowledge to resolve issues.
- Record and update customer information accurately.
- Meet performance targets and adhere to policies.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, call center experience preferred, computer proficiency, multitasking ability, and shift flexibility.
Working hours: UK/Ireland Calendar
