Job Description
The Meta Sum is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will perform defined tasks according to documented instructions and processes while effectively communicating with clients and customers.
Your responsibilities will include preparing equipment, monitoring system jobs, resolving user issues, maintaining incident logs, generating reports, and ensuring equipment operation through preventive maintenance.
