Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join The First Law team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a top-notch customer experience through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
- Provide assistance with service information and troubleshooting.
- Effectively resolve complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma required.
