Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will manage customer service inquiries from our diverse international clientele through phone and email communication.
Your main responsibilities will include addressing customer needs, fostering trustworthy relationships, and adhering to established communication protocols.
We require exceptional writing skills, fluency in spoken English, strong interpersonal abilities, and prior experience in international customer support would be advantageous. Candidates with O/A Level education or higher are preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of Rs. 50,00 per month, along with performance-based incentives of Rs. 10,00, in a 6-day workweek.
