Job Description
Join ibex. as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will act as a liaison between customers and the client, providing assistance with questions, service delivery, billing, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
- Manage complaints and ensure First Contact Resolution (FCR).
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Enhance organizational reputation through valuable customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication in Urdu and English.
- MS Office proficiency, especially MS Excel.
- Customer-centric attitude.
Pay: Rs36,00.00 – Rs42,00.00 per month
