Experience: 1+ Year
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve client support tickets efficiently.
- Provide basic technical support for website-related issues.
- Collaborate with the team on complex queries to ensure solutions.
- Upload and update content in the client portal.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Team player with a passion for pro-women initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
