Job Description
WAVE is seeking energetic, customer-focused Customer Support Executives for US-based ACA, Medicare, and MVA campaigns. This is an onsite night-shift position (7:00 PM–5:00 AM) at Time Square Plaza, I-10 Markaz, Islamabad. Successful candidates will handle inbound calls, deliver positive customer experiences, accurately document interactions, and collaborate with the team to enhance service quality.
- Requirements: strong English communication, confidence, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to excel in a fast-paced night environment.
- Experience: call center background preferred; motivated fresh candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Compensation: Rs.50,00–100,00 plus daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses; performance-based advancement and supportive management culture.
