Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is excited to announce an opening for Customer Support Executives to join our client’s esteemed team. We are looking for two enthusiastic individuals who are ready to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage inbound calls and confirm customer orders.
– Address and resolve customer inquiries via WhatsApp regarding order concerns.
– Monitor order status and provide updates to customers.
– Assist customers throughout the entire order cycle, both before and after sales.
– Contribute to sales initiatives and enhance customer retention.
– Provide comprehensive customer service across various platforms.
Requirements:
– 2–3 years of experience in customer support or telesales.
– Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
– Excellent communication skills with clarity and confidence.
– Strong typing skills and computer literacy.
– Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
– Open to candidates of all genders.
