Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is seeking a full-time Customer Support Officer. Minimum qualification: completion of secondary (intermediate) education. Responsibilities include managing and processing support tickets, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring consistent follow-ups. The position requires an eight-hour rotational shift schedule (morning, evening, night) and is on-site.
- Required: basic English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations, flexibility for all shifts, and familiarity with social media tools and customer service ethics.
- Salary: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month.
