Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening in our customer service team at Aroma Flowers in our Pakistan office located in Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad.
As a Customer Support Officer, you will be the first line of support for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved with efficiency and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming WhatsApp messages and customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information using appropriate methods.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Keep records of customer interactions and orders.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Graduation degree required; fresh graduates welcome.
