Job Description
Pentagon Food Group Ltd is expanding its Tele-sales department and urgently seeks dedicated Customer Service Representatives / Telesales Officers for our on-site location in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time role provides a vibrant work environment where your skills can shine.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in spoken English
- Previous call center experience is an advantage
- Understanding of basic sales strategies
- Experience in churn management is preferred
We offer a competitive salary between PKR 55,00 – 60,00 per month, along with additional benefits.
