Job Description
Arc Inventador is on the lookout for a highly skilled Customer Support Representative with extensive experience in supporting US-based customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities in American English and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support to US clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and promptly.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
Qualifications: Must be fluent in American English, with prior customer support experience preferred.
Job Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM | Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month | Location: In-person
