Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputed telecom company, seeks a Customer Support Representative to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
Qualifications: Inter/Bachelor’s (Required); Experience: 1 year in a UK-based call center or freshers welcome.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00/month. Location: Lahore; Shift: Rotational for males, Morning for females.
