Job Description
Authornate Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative (on-site) in our Graphics Department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer support with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Location: Sector G-13/4, Islamabad.
Timings: Monday – Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing customer satisfaction. A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience is required, and knowledge of graphic design is a plus.
Salary: Starting at Rs50,00/month depending on experience.
