Job Description
Call Cafe is seeking an energetic and passionate Customer Service Representative to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively responding to inquiries via phone. The ideal candidate will communicate with customers, provide knowledgeable product information, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone.
- Provide answers regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Conduct data entry as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
Location: 552 B Block, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
Shift: Afternoon 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM & Night 08:00 PM – 06:00 AM
