Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Representative. Responsibilities include engaging with customers via calls and social media, preparing quotations, and documenting interactions in CRM. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and the ability to multitask. A year of call center experience and English fluency are mandatory.
