Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Support Representative with outstanding communication skills, particularly in English. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, focusing on following up with UK-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate warm calls to potential clients.
- Maintain follow-ups to develop leads.
- Convert leads into appointments.
- Utilize CRM tools for client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team.
- Address client feedback and complaints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
Work Location: Onsite in Johar Town from 2 PM to 11 PM.
