Job Description
GSG Technology Co, a US-based Corporate Culture Company, is seeking a Customer Care Professional for our Lahore office in Pakistan. This full-time position entails making outbound calls to assist customers and addressing their inquiries. The role requires night shift availability from 6 PM to 3 AM PST.
Key Responsibilities: Initiate client calls, maintain records, build relationships, and meet performance metrics.
