Job Description
Hard Stone Enterprises is hiring a full-time, in-person Customer Support Representative to manage patient inquiries, complaints, order processing, and order modifications across phone, email, and chat. You will escalate issues as necessary and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction. Paid on-the-job training will be provided.
- Shift: U.S. night shift, 7:00 PM–4:00 AM
- Location: Royal Plaza, near LDA Avenue Signal, Raiwind Road, Lahore
- Salary: Rs75,00–Rs85,00 per month
- Requirement: Fluent spoken and written English
