Job Description

Mars BPO is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven Customer Sales Representatives to support our Medicare campaign. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service while meeting sales objectives, positively impacting healthcare options for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to Medicare sales.
• Clarify Medicare plans, benefits, and coverage options for clients.
• Guide customers in choosing the best plan to meet their needs.
• Meet and exceed both individual and team sales targets.

Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from 50,00 to 70,00 PKR, along with performance-based commissions.
