Job Description
Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery Corp is seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English speaking skills and a proven background in customer service.
- Timings: 5 PM – 2 AM
- Location: Bharia Town Phase IV Civic Center
- Shift: Monday – Friday
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2 years of experience in CSR, particularly with US clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
