Job Description
Omega Tech Solutions is seeking a dynamic Customer Support Representative (CSR) with excellent English communication skills to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will assist customers by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering accurate information regarding products and policies, and helping to resolve complaints efficiently.
As a CSR, you will contribute to a positive customer experience, document interactions in our CRM system, and collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 and requires in-person work.
