Job Description
On Call Solutions is looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in PWD Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property listings in the CRM system for real estate agents.
- Publish and update online listings with accuracy.
- Maintain current property inventory and monitor agent performance.
- Prepare monthly reports and assist with tenancy contract finalizations.
- Support agents by performing administrative tasks to enhance workflows.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year in real estate or admin roles; CRM proficiency; strong organizational and communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is a plus; female candidates preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
