Job Description
SolutionSurface is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team specializing in custom packaging solutions for U.S. businesses. You will guide customers through the packaging design and ordering process while ensuring inquiries are resolved promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat.
