Job Description
Suave Solutions, a leading software and IT consulting company based in Lahore, is seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer assistance, ensure customer satisfaction, and troubleshoot technical issues. Strong communication skills are essential to maintain high service levels.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of customer support experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
